In the article titled “Cardiology department of all India Institute of Medical Sciences, Rishikesh: Roads walked and roads ahead”, published on pages 128-132, Issue 2, Volume 5 of Journal of the Practice of Cardiovascular Sciences,[1] the name of the authors and affiliations is incorrectly written as

On page 128, line 32, under the heading “Cardiology Department -A Phenomenal Past”, below paragraph is also missed to add:

Dr. Barun Kumar joined on January 15, 2016, and started the department. He started the outpatient department (OPD) on January 18 and echocardiography department. He played an active role in the installation of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) lab along with radiodiagnosis department. He did the first coronary angiography on August 3, 2016. He did the first coronary angioplasty on January 3, 2017. He worked as a single faculty and the officiating head of the department for almost 2 years. He started the cardiac OPD, inpatient department, echocardiography, and interventional cardiac services such as coronary angiography, angioplasty, and pacemaker implantation. The number of patients visiting OPD and for services kept on rising.
