“When this is over, may we never again take for granted
A handshake with a stranger
Full shelves at the store
Conversations with neighbors
A crowded theater
…………………….
………………
Life itself.
When this ends
may we find
that we have become
more like the people
we wanted to be
we were called to be
we hoped to be
and may we stay
that way — better
for each other
because of the worst.”

In the Mid of a Coronavirus pandemic, it is difficult not to talk of the pandemic which has engulfed the world. Between overreacting and not reacting enough, we find all sorts of reactions. Italy did not react fast enough and they got into trouble. India seems to be reacting fast even though some people still say we are overreacting! At the time of writing of this article, there have been 234,073 cases with 9840 deaths, with 177 countries being involved, which is a clear reason to overreact (WHO Website March 21, 2020).
In this issue, we discuss a case report of a Coronavirus myocarditis which was successfully treated. There is also a commentary with it on various aspects of the cardiovascular involvement of the Coronavirus. We also enclose a collection of references on Corona virus for the reader.[1],[2],[3],[4],[5],[6]
Besides this, we have a number of articles on statistics (statistical variables, correlation), bedside cases, and journal clubs. Original reports include systolic time intervals, aortic propagation velocity, generic clopidogrel, use of structured clinical training in heart failure management, epicardial fat as a marker of coronary artery disease, and a number of interesting case reports from all over India and around the world.
